Returns
• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, broken, or incorrect
• A return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds
• Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit
• Online payment orders: Refund processed within 5–7 working days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items
• Used or damaged due to customer mishandling
• Customized products
• Change-of-mind returns
